Hola What’s Hot Fam,
Charm City is turning up the heat this summer with celebrity events you do not want to miss! Chris Brown, Yung Miami and YBS Skola will be headlining events at Ikonic Live in downtown Baltimore, Maryland. Here’s what you should know.
As his highly anticipated 11:11 tour continues, Chris Brown is hosting his Official After Party at the venue after his performance at CFG Arena on June 30. The event targets the 21 and older members of Team Breezy with sections named after his biggest hits like”Under the Influence,” “Wall to Wall” and “Loyal.” The party is slated for 9 pm to 2 am and tickets can be purchased here.
“He’s like the only artist that I’m really excited about – more than anyone – because he can do everything,” said Tracye Ikon, owner of Ikonic Live and founder of Ikonic Entertainment, during my recent interview with her. “He can dance. He can paint you a picture. He can act. He can rap. He can do anything.”
Breezy will be hanging in the DMV for a few days, as he has shows scheduled at the Capital One Arena in Washington D.C. on July 2 and 3. At those concerts, he will be joined by “Made For Me” singer Muni Long.
As Chris departs the area, rapper Yung Miami will be landing for a 4th of July Weekend Concert with Baltimore native YBS Skola. Tickets for the Friday, July 5 event are now available for purchase.
Yung Miami’s headlining show follows that of her fellow City Girl JT, who reportedly ate and left no crumbs during her Ikonic performance.
“We just recently had JT from City Girls. That was incredible,” Tracye raved about the sold-out event. “She promoted like she was a promoter…She interacted with the fans. She did a meet and greet with like 50 people upstairs. She danced with the girls…She was just a dream artist.”
So far, I have not spotted any word about the show on Caresha’s page, but let’s give it some time! Check out this What’s Hot moment with Yung Miami in 2018 before her set at the Filmore in Silverspring, Maryland.
